The apartment is completely renovated, it has two rooms, elegant and functional: a living area with kitchenette, table, sofa bed, bathroom with large shower and beautiful terrace. A sleeping area, composed of a wonderful panoramic roof terrace with French bed, with windows on all four sides, with breathtaking views of the city. To gain access to the roof-there is a wooden ladder with side loops (only entrance, see photo). The finishes are of high standard and include air conditioning, heating, and anti-noise windows. In addition, the house is complete with all the amenities: washing machine, industrially sanitized towels and sheets, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, 40-inch TV, air conditioning, electric shutters, led lights, wi-fi.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $300.00. The damage deposit is payable upon booking.
For arrivals at out-of-office-hours (Monday to Friday 9-19), on weekends and on bank holidays we charge a late arrival fee of €20, to paid in cash on arrival.
