A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
For arrivals at out-of-office-hours (Monday to Friday 9-19), on weekends and on bank holidays we charge a late arrival fee of €20, to paid in cash on arrival.
