To secure the booking, a partial payment of 50% of the rent portion of the quote, is due within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of $300.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
For arrivals at out-of-office-hours (Monday to Friday 9-19), on weekends and on bank holidays we charge a late arrival fee of €20, to paid in cash on arrival.
